Regarding the deposit: you are right, we mistakenly took your credit card details for the deposit. Usually all our clients have to leave a deposit except the ones from airbnb, as airbnb charges the deposit directly in case it is needed. So in your case it was not necessary and my collegue did a mistake, unfortunately she realized it afterwards. Sorry for this. In any case the deposit was 200 € and not 600 €. We have not charged it, we keep the data untill the apartment is checked and then destroy it. But if you prefer, we can also send it back to you. Just let me know and we will send it per post. Regarding the dishwasher: it is always unfortunate if something does not work meanwhile you are on vacation, I understand you perfectly, but there are things we cannot avoid. We try to solve any problem within 24 hours, and luckily the technician was available the same day (even if he came in the evening). Anyway, thank you for your comments.
