Our home is located in east downtown Lancaster on a beautiful block, a short walk from Musser Park, Lancaster Brewing Company, and the Horse Inn. Built in 1870, the house has historic charm but all the modern amenities like off street parking and high speed internet.
Our house was built in 1870 so it has lots of historic charm. Kate has an eclectic and playful decorating style that fills the house with bright colors. We have a large backyard (large for Lancaster city that is) and a timber frame carport.

You will have the house to yourself but we will be available by phone or text message. We are happy to give you any directions and recommendations that you need. We love living in downtown Lancaster and we are excited to share our city with you! We will do everything we can to make sure your stay is comfortable.
We have two short hair dogs, Ruby and Stella. Ruby is 30 pounds and Stella is 16. They will not be there during your stay but just in case you have severe allergies we wanted to let you know they live there most of the time.
- Please treat our house as you would your own. If you are using the backyard be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise down after 9pm.

My husband Hans and I live in Lancaster PA. We have had great experiences with AirBnB and we love finding unique neighborhoods we wouldn't know about as tourists. I am a freelance musician and Hans works in his family business (restaurant, inn and bakery in Lancaster PA) as well as freelancing as an audio/video engineer.
We are relaxed, spontaneous travelers and we love being in a place where we can enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and biking. I love shopping in towns with lots of quirky independent shops and we both love discovering new restaurants! We have lots of friends scattered over the US and the world and we often do "people tourism" and stay with friends on our trips.
