I have 4 other units at the same building and received great reviews. This unit was renovated in 2016.
Hula's Bar & Grill is located on 2nd floor and Teddy's Bigger Burgers located on first floor of building. Starbucks around the corner beachside and 2 ABC Stores (like a 7 Eleven) around the corner.

You have full run of the apartment - its not a shared space. It's a 363 square foot air conditioned studio apartment with floor to ceiling windows on one side of the room and no lanai (balcony). . There is a rooftop sundeck on the 10th floor (see the pictures) that is available to everyone and has stunning ocean and mountain views. It's a great place to relax with wine at sunset, or head up for coffee in the morning.

I don't live on the property so you have 100% privacy, but I do live on the island. I generally just communicate through Airbnb website but you can reach me via phone or email as well. I always respond quickly (100% response rate on AirBNB) and I'm happy to answer questions or give assistance. Let me know if you need anything.

No smoking. No pets. Please throw out your trash before leaving. There is a trash chute down the hallway to the right. Just don't put anything too large that will clog the chute. Also please be mindful of sand. Do your best to rinse off at the beach showers and shake out towels/mats before you get back to the room. Please do not use any of the provided towels to remove makeup. Makeup practically ruins these towels. Use tissues or makeup removal wipes.
I moved to Hawaii in 2002 from California to purchase a business. Since then, I met my wife, have 2 children, 2 dogs, and a bird. We live on the windward side of Oahu and loving every minute of our lives here. When I'm not busy renovating properties, I enjoy spending time with my family doing whatever the weather allows.
I've been a host on AirBNB since 2015 and in that time have acquired more properties so that I now have 9 studios/condos on AirBNB.
Whether you're here for business or vacationing in Hawaii, your comfort and satisfaction are very important to me. I will always answer your messages quickly and look forward to being your host in paradise. Aloha and E Komo Mai!
