The Casa de Emdeko is located just 1.5 miles from downtown Kailua-Kona & away from traffic noise. The complex is constructed with reinforced concrete walls between the units, so you never hear your neighbors. This 1-bedroom unit has an ocean view from the covered lanai and overlooks a very quiet, tropical courtyard that leads to both the fresh-water and salt-water pools, a sandy man-made beach area with palm trees and lounge chairs, and an ocean-side barbecue and dining area for cooking and eating the fresh fish we have here in Kona.

This unit is tastefully decorated with an island motif. The living area is complete with a 42" flat screen television. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, and a dishwasher. If you need to do laundry while you are visiting, there is a large laundry facility at the Casa de Emdeko. If you're looking for a peaceful vacation hideaway, or a place to unwind after a full day of fun island activities, this condo is for you. It's perfect for couples wanting a quiet retreat or a family of four.

It is truly paradise found! 3 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas season. This a non-smoking no pets unit.

•**Maintenance Notice. Starting April 1, 2017, The floors and cabinets in the hallway of buidling A (south building) will soon be renovated. The units that that will be affected are 101 to 103, 201 to 203 & 301 to 303. The contractor will start on the third floor and work his way down. Each floor will take approximately 3 weeks. This is approximate, it could be less or even more depending on conditions. Units will still be accessible but construction noise should be expected**

*Please Note:
The ocean pool will be closed for the entire month of May 2017 for re-surfacing. During the beginning demo phase of the project, they will jack hammer all of the old plaster out of the pool. This will be loud and dusty.

Thank you for your patience while this project is being completed.

Aloha and E' Komo Mai (welcome) to Hawaii Island (Big Island).
We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
