Penthouse with great location with fantastic views of the ocean, mountains and Kailua Village. Just a short 5 minute walk to the Village, the oceans edge, beaches, restaurants and shopping.

This top floor, end unit enjoys the fantastic views throughout its 1350 square feet and especially from the 400 square foot lanai. The comfortable living area offers plenty of seating to watch the large flat screen television and enjoys great views of the ocean, mountains and town. From the kitchen you can enjoy ocean views through the window above the sink or through the windows surrounding the living area. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless, and updated cabinetry.

This property features two en-Suites- the very private and spacious Master Suite has a California King bed. The en-suite bathroom is elegant with a large soaking tub and shower. The Junior Master Suite has a Queen bed and a Single bed. The en-suite bathroom has an updated, tiled walk in shower and large walk in closet. Both suites enjoy access to the lanai and views! The living area has a cove with an additional full size bed for extra sleeping space or to spread out and enjoy a nap and access to the full bathroom with a beautiful, tiled walk in shower located off the entryway.

This lovely island home features Wi-Fi and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. It is also conveniently located within the complex with a short walk to the elevator that will bring you to the assigned parking space and right out to the complex pool and BBQ areas.

From the lanai you can catch some local athletes competing in a tennis match across the street at the Royal Kona Resort Tennis. If you would like to join them you can for a $10 fee- just walk across the street and look for the signs at the courts for more information.

The complex offers a cabana, sitting area, BBQ Area, swimming pool and covered parking. Kona Pacific is a smoke free community. No smoking in units, lanai or any Common area. Smokers must smoke off the grounds. There are two designated areas off property.

Please note, the assigned parking stalls for the unit are for compact vehicles only

This is a No Pets, No Smoking property. 3 Night Minimum, 10 Nights during Christmas and Ironman.

Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away.

Please add 13.416% Hawaii taxes on rent, Security Protection Plan $49.00 payable directly to Kona Coast Vacations. This is due at the time of booking and is a credit card charge, not a wire transfer. The additional fees are not included in the AirBnB quote unless provided a Special Offer.

Great view! Comfortable living area and patio to enjoy the scenery. The kitchen area had all the necessary items need. The bedrooms were private and comfortable with an easy walk to the patio. The bathrooms were roomy and spacious and excellently designed. Great place for all ages to rest and relax and enjoy the scenery or the town.

This place was a wonderful place to stay. It was easy to find, super clean, quiet condo complex within walking distance of tons of things to do. If you rent a car, make sure not to get anything too large, as the parking space is tight and in a garage. We will totally stay here again should it be available.

Had a quiet and restful stay. Plenty of space to relax indoors and a nice patio for hanging outside. Great location; in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

When I first arrived, I have to admit the view was breathtaking. If you are searching for a true Hawaiian living, this is the way to go. If you are a type of person who lives a more upscale lifestyle and wants something fancy, I would not recommend this location. Nonetheless, my wife and I really loved the view of the ocean and mountains. It was amazing to wake up each more and have breakfast on the balcony. It was walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shops, which was convenient. Also, the beach we enjoyed going to was a 9 minute drive away. The Host was responsive and we really did not have any trouble except when we checked in. I know we all had our fair encounter with roaches, but it was unacceptable when I saw 3 huge roaches. My wife and I were disgusted and although we understand there are bugs in Hawaii, we did not expect to find any bugs inside of a home we are paying to vacation at. Other than that my stay was awesome. I just hope the host do something about the roaches.

Aloha and thanks for the comments. All of our properties and the complexes have an active pest control program. A quick call to our office, which is open seven days a week and we would have had someone over to check out the property. The larger pests are not ones that are normally inside, and they find their way in through open doors at night.

Great value for money. Location was good - close enough to Kona downtown to walk. Airconditioning throughout unit would have been nice - was quite hot and muggy, which made sleeping at night difficult. Great outdoor patio space.

We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
