A spacious, bright and cosy private room of approximately 20 m², including a private ensuite bathroom. Located within our home but with its own separate entrance, the space offers plenty of privacy and independence.

The room features a comfortable king-size bed, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, fridge and microwave, with direct access to your own small garden area with outdoor seating.

Located in peaceful Hanleys Farm, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful mountain views while still being conveniently close to Queenstown. Frankton’s shopping centres, supermarkets and restaurants are approximately 10 minutes away by car, and Queenstown town centre is around 15 minutes away.

A bus stop is within walking distance, providing easy access to Queenstown and surrounding areas.

Perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for a clean, comfortable and private place to relax after exploring Queenstown.
