Luxury beach escape is a relaxing, spacious family getaway, in the heart of Barwon Heads. Centrally located for holidaying in the idyllic Barwon village. A 5 minute walk to the main street, shops and river.
Close to public transport, parks, surf beaches and a golf course.

The fully equiped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The home has central Evaporative cooling as well as Air conditioning to main living areas.
Foxtel ,Wii , DVD , stereo , boardgames for entertainment.
A large outdoor undercover Alfresco area with gas Bbq and outdoor dining with a large backyard for kids to play.

- The house is as new, please treat as your own house and leave as found. Any damage to this house will result in loss of deposit.
- 1- The premises are available from 1pm on day of arrival and are to be vacated not later than 10am on day of departure. Failure to vacate at the required time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation. Keys are to be returned to the safety deposit. Please ensure all doors are locked and windows closed on departure. 2- A security deposit of $1500 has been included in your payment for the property. The security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of departure, provided that there is no damage to or loss of property or contents during rental period and that there is compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. A full property inspection and report will be compiled following checkout on your morning of departure. If you do in fact break or damage anything that is easily replaceable, please replace with the same or similar. 3- 2 Keys will only be made available if all monies have been paid before commencement of the rental. Final balance for stay is due 30 Days prior to your stay. 4- The deposit is accepted on the basis of current rental conditions for the premises. 5- Under no circumstances are animals or pets allowed on or inside the premises without prior written permission. 6- All breakages, damage, and lost keys are to be reported and or replaced/repaired prior to checkout. Failure to do so will incur a deduction from security deposit. 7- The tenant agrees to maintain the premises in a clean and tidy state and to pay for any extra cleaning necessary as a result of failure to comply with this requirement. Guidelines to avoid extra cleaning charges include- dishes, utensils, glasses, pots etc to be washed and put away; refrigerator to be emptied and clean; Oven to be clean; no stains/marks left on floor/carpet/furnishings/walls; all rubbish to be removed from house into provided garbage bins; BBQ to be cleaned. 8- No responsibility is accepted by the landlord for tenant's personal property. 9- The property is rented to accommodate only the listed number of persons specified above for the period specified above, and the person making the booking is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of this agreement. 10- All booking cancellations by the tenant will incur loss of deposit payment unless otherwise agreed by landlord. 11- The booking is made in good faith by the landlord. 12- Only one warning will be given following complaints regarding noise or disruption created by the tenant, other occupants or visitors. Please respect the neighbours.
