Room with a double bed and a shared bathroom in a late 1940's apartment in downtown Mexico City. It's a few blocks away from Bellas Artes and walking distance to Zócalo with public transport nearby. It's a modest place on a safe street with a lot of museums and must-see sites really close.
The room has one double bed a desk, lots of light.
The apartment is a third floor and there's no elevator.
On the street are a few gay bars, on weekend nights the street get's very busy.
the building has a problem of german cockroaches (the small ones) and often you can see them at night in the kitchen. I fumigate regularly, clean the kitchen on a daily basis, and once a week someone comes over to make an in-depth cleaning. The amount of bugs is not excessive but you should have it in consideration.

I work at home so most of the time i'm available if you need anything or have any questions. In the apartment there is another room for guest.
I give bookbinding classes on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays so there will be people on common areas from 10:00 am. to 7:00 pm
I am graphic designer and casual bookbinder. I was born in Mexico City, grew up in Cuernavaca, went back to the city to study and stayed. I love living in the historic center of the city because of it's practicallity, history and cultural offer.
