This traditional mykonian mansion (130sqm) is located in the heart of Mykonos town at Kalogera street.Despite its unique location the house is totally quiet, since it is on the first and second floor and has big furnished balconies offering the guests the privacy and relaxation they want during their stay.
The house has a living room with sofa,big television and eating table, kitchen fully equipped, 2,5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with one single bed.

•Smoking is allowed outside only.
•People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the Property. Any other person in the Property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. No parties and loud music that will disturb the surrounding properties during the time curfews are allowed in the property.
•All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property or its facilities. The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest or any other listed guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property. The Owner shall not be responsible for any children hurt while left unattended by adult guests.
•Keep the Property and all furnishings in good order
•Only use appliances for their intended uses.
•Pets are not allowed.
•Housekeeping: Linens are regularly changed every three (3) days. Towels or linens are not to be taken from the Property.
•Outdoor staircase and terrace: The Guest and other guests may use both of these areas at their own risk and with special caution. The Owner shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by misuse of the Property.
•Water and Septic: REMEMBER: Water in Mykonos is not drinkable, please use bottle water. The Property is on a well and septic systems. Remember that tap water is not suitable for drinking. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything in the toilet, including toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 1,000EUR.
•Rates concern accommodation ONLY. Sub-letting the property is not allowed In case the Guest wishes to hold a special event at the Property that includes use of the exterior spaces, they hereby state that they are fully aware of the potentially unpredictable weather conditions. The Owner shall not be responsible in case the event is cancelled due to sudden rainfall, excessive wind or hot weather. Any of the above is subject to the island's climate conditions and the responsibility of any additional arrangements or backup options lays on the judgment of the event planner. Additional cost and terms may apply.
