This stunning one bedroom holiday flat is set on the garden floor of a historic Victorian house built in 1867, (11 steps down from street level), ideally located just off the seafront, pier, bandstand and minutes from the restaurants, theatres, shops and attractions of Eastbourne.Located in town centre, one street and a corner turn from the beach front, minutes walk from the restaurants, 2 minutes walk from Devonshire Park Theatre, 2 minutes walk to LTA Tennis ground, 3 minutes walk to beach, 7 minutes walk to shops and pier, 15 minutes walk to train station. Self-contained with own separate entrance door and own special uncopiable keys to come and go as you please. Owner lives upstairs with our own separate entrance door. Quiet place with triple glazed windows to the bedroom. Clean, airy and secure with garden night lights and CCTV. Recently renovated with a light maritime theme. Very spacious with large rooms. The lounge has a flat-screen TV. French doors leading to a delightful private south-facing sun patio with table and chairs in the walled garden. All of the patio and back garden is available to guests. Owner's access to garden is by a spiral staircase from the upper floor. A modern kitchen for a self catering holiday with washing machine, new fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, etc. Ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, wash basin. Additional separate guest (URL HIDDEN) the evenings turn cool, the temperature sensitive central heating makes the apartment cosy for a seaside break. All bed linen and towels are provided, along with little extras such toilet paper, handwash and cleaning supplies. Ideally weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. When vacant, can consider less than a week.Sleeps 2 persons (on request can put two mattresses in sitting room for youngsters to crash out). TV, DVD, wi-fi, CCTV, Hot Water, Central Heating, linen, towels. Parking is on street, you get daily residents parking permit. Strictly no pets, no smoking inside, no loud music, no party, no football in garden. Unsuitable for children under 8 - objects not on high shelves, no small bed with side barriers. Unsuitable for those with mobility issues - 11 steps down from street level.

Located in a quiet street of Eastbourne this apartment is secured and safe, it is the best in terms of quality price for visiting the surroundings, I recommend it strongly. See you again. "Stayed for 1 week 6th - 13th August. The owner, Jaffar met us and gave us the guided tour of the property. Large bedroom, large living area with dining table. En-suite bathroom. Good size kitchen with all cooking/cleaning equipment/crockery/utensils required. Separate guest toilet. Large patio outside with another dining table. Everything spotlessly clean. Jaffar also provides car parking permits for duration of stay. Property in great location for promenade/pier/bandstand. Also close to Arndale Centre shops/bars.Theatres all nearby."
