- How to live happily in this apartment Welcome, dear guests! If you are thinking of booking this apartment, or already did it, this section will help you to understand what to expect from your stay. But don’t worry: there are no prohibitions, just some pieces of advice to enjoy your stay in a conscious way. 1. Please be kind and polite with the neighbours Just as all neighbours around the world, also mine love tranquillity: therefore, you are requested to avoid making noises in the common areas and to limit the volume of voice after 9:30 pm (some of the tenants have children). 2. Please, if it’s possible don’t bring along pets The apartment is not outfitted to welcome pets. Besides, those who are allergic can suffer even if the animals have left the place long before their arrival, so usually they are not welcome. But if you cannot do otherwise, please point it out: I will try to find a solution. 3. Smoking is forbidden Those who want to smoke are requested to do in the outer spaces. 4. If you go out, please lock the apartment If you are not in the apartment, keep doors and windows closed: so that you will not have to face possible floods, in case it starts to rain (it has already happened and it was a pretty unpleasant situation). And do not forget that it is also for your own safety. 5. Please leave the dishes clean The kitchen is at guests disposal: you are all sincerely invited to experiment and prepare on your own the local cuisine. Just remember to clean all the dishes before you leave the apartment. 6. In case you break or lose something, please contact me Like any other apartment, also this one has its own furnishings: if by mistake you should cause any damage, I kindly ask you to inform me as soon as possible, so that I can fix it, or help you to fix it, quickly. Remember: the deposit is managed by Airbnb. 7. If you are not using something, please turn it off It counts for lights, electrical appliances, air conditioning system and any other device in the apartment. 8. Please let me know your arrival time with adequate notice This is a normal apartment and it does not have a reception desk, so I need to know your arrival time to give you the keys. Unfortunately, I am not always able to take care of it on my own, therefore sometimes I ask for help to other people. Starting from a certain hour, these people must be paid. Here are the extra fees, in case of late check-in: - Until 9:30 pm: Free - From 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm: 20 € - From 11:30 pm to 01:30 am: 40 € Careful though, in case you wish for a late check-in, you must arrange it with me first. 9. Guests, travellers, tourists: everyone must be registered In Italy there are a few rules that regulate short term rentals, which impose the registration of all those who are staying in a holiday home. For this reason, I am forced by law to take care of some administrative matters: - I must make you sign a contract, in order to prove your stay in my apartment; - I must register the documents of all my guests (if you wish, you can also send me images of your documents in advance); - I must collect the tourist tax required by the Municipality: in Milan it costs 2 € per night per person, that at the end of every month I must pay in to the Municipality. That is all, I hope that you will find these information useful. Please feel free to contact me at any time, in case you have any doubt.

Les vendredis et samedis la durée de séjour minimale est de 1 nuit.

We were visiting friends in Milan and the location was amazing. the tube is close by and you can walk to the most important sight seeing points. The check-in was easy and the flat with the AC was wonderful during the hotter days.
