Located in the Woodrun in Benchlands, this is our family skiing condo. Reasons we love our place are:
-THE VIEWS from all of the windows of the condo are spectacular
- THE CONVENIENCE of ski-in, ski out and proximity to Blackcoomb mountain base and ski-school
- THE HOT TUB supposedly the biggest in Whistler plus a great heated pool in the communal area
- IDEAL FOR FAMILIES we are a family of 5 so the second bedroom has 2 bunks and a single
- OUR LOCAL CONCIERGE will help make your stay great

Le logement

Our condo is on the 4th floor (the building has 2 efficient lifts) and is on the downslope side of the building- hence the superior views. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area as you enter the property, with a "boot room" space on your right. There are 2 bedrooms. The master with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom and bathroom. There is a TV in the lounge and each bedroom (with DVD players). There is free WIFI throughout the building (the password is available from the front desk).

The Woodrun has a staffed front desk. They will provide you with a key-card to access the property. PLEASE NOTE for late arrivals we will arrange for a keycard to be placed in a lock-box for you to access.
There are ski lockers and bike storage facilities included within your rental. You will also have access to the large communal hot-tub and heated pool and also the small gym.

As we live in the UK we have employed a local concierge to help us host you in Whistler. Our concierge will arrange lift tickets, make restaurant bookings and will even stock the kitchen with groceries for you when you arrive. Her local knowledge and advice will help you get the best out of your Whistler vacation.

Autres remarques

In winter the piste is at the back of the property, accessed via a heated path. Blackcomb base and lifts are a short stroll/ski down the hill. There is a ski-school at Blackcomb- we are ideally based for convenient kid drop off.

A fabulous, well equipped, clean, quiet apartment with everything our family of 5 needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. A well equipped kitchen which always makes catering for a family a breeze. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean and well stocked with linen and towels. Check in was awesome with the front desk manned and a concierge available by phone if needed. The location is also perfect for a family exploring the Whistler area, a bit away from the main hustle and bustle makes it quiet but an easy walk to Blackcomb village and over to Whistler.

Unit as advertised. Very appropriate for our young family of 5. Truly ski in / ski out and less than a 5 minute walk up the hill from the Upper Village. Limited parking for overheight vehicles. Check-in was very smooth and unit is well equipped for families.

This place is an excellent location, especially for skiing. The condo was very spacious compared to most with lots of room in the living area and in the master bed and bath. Some of the amenities were worn or dated, such as carpet and pans, but if you are not too picky about that, it is worth it for the great location. Everything was clean and no bad smells. Pool was also very nice and hot tub. Lots of parking available which is not always the case in newer buildings. Would definitely book again!

Superior location & the unit has everything you'd want. Used the on-site pool & Jacuzzi too.
