Dear Janelle, we are glad you enjoyed the great location of our apartment. We are sorry for the issue with the hot water and the elevator. Unfortunately we could not do much when the lift went out of order as it is operated by a private company. With a small request, we would have been more than happy to assist you with your luggage upon checkout. We would like to apologize for the issues you experienced with the hot water. There were instructions included in the guidebook on how to reset the boiler if required (this may happen if too many long showers are taken in a short period of time, a common issue in the city).
Please know that it was a pleasure to host you and we hope we will be given a second chance in the future.
