Guests are welcome to use the patio and outdoor gas fireplace as well as the kitchen for coffee and a light breakfast. There is a sitting/reading area adjacent to the bedroom. Please keep the gates closed for my dog, though she does not try to escape.

My office is three blocks away and so I am in and out on most days and easily reachable if not home. I'm an early riser, usually working from home until late morning. This is a small community and I have lived in my house for 25 years with mostly the same neighbors. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and enjoys sharing their knowledge and love of the area, as I do.
Trash pickup day is Monday so that can be a noisy morning.
- 2 night minimum on weekends
- There is a local Transient Tax of 10% included in the nightly rental
- Please call for pet allowance. I have a small dog with her own door and fenced yard but a very small dog could easily escape and a large dog is not allowed, tho I love them all!
- There is a trundle bed under the day bed and so my guest room can accommodate 2, tho with less roominess!
