We can involve ourselves as much, or as little, as you see fit. Your happiness and comfort is our main priority so we will gauge our involvement based on your pre-arranged expectations.
This is a country, outdoor vacation home. There is wildlife all around and skunks and racoons are regular night visitors. If you are averse to the odd chipmunk running through an open door, this is probably not the vacation for you! Storms can blow up quickly over the lake. You must take caution while out on the water and listen to Coast Guard Marine radio for daily weather predictions. It is also our vacation home so we do ask that you respect our belongings as you would your own. Please be vigilant on fire safety and leave the property as you found it. We appreciate your honesty as regards breakages to allow for repairs so everyone can enjoy a restful and enjoyable stay.
Garbage must be put away as described in the AliCat Cottage booklet that will be emailed to you upon confirmation. Your deposit will be affected if the garbage is not handled properly.
AliCat Cottage is my spiritual home and where the best memories of my life were forged with my two daughters - Alexandra (Ali) and Catherine (Cat). The girls are both in the arts: a violinst and actor. My favourite book is 'Jonathan Livingston Seagull', Richard Bach and my favourite movie is 'The Bridges of Madison County.' I speak French and Italian. I love to play bridge and scrabble. I'm very close to my family and friends, terribly loyal and committed to my guests' happiness. I love to cook and entertain currently studying for my WSET Level 3 in Wines and Spirits.
