First I want to point out that Atia asked for early check in which we were happy to accommodate her with as early as 8 am when our usual check in time was 3 pm on Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, the door knob went bad on Saturday night roughly around
9 :30pm(4days after Atia arrived).. Mr Ellis the property manager was on the scene within half an hour of Atia calling and she was granted access to the apartment. As far as I am aware the door knob was working fine up to this time. Surely, if we had known the knob was faulty , it would have been replaced before Atia had arrived. Despite this fact I replaced the knob at no cost to Atia.
I am unsure of what ‘pests’ Atia is referring to as she never once complained to me or the property manager about what kind of pests she and encountered and I have never received this complaint before. Had she voiced this most serious concern Mr Ellis would have investigated and found a suitable solution.
Lastly, Atia checked out of the apartment well before check out time after liasing with the Propety manager. Unfortunately, I was out of town and did not have access to WiFi for some time so I was unaware of her having missed her flight. However , had she liased with the property manager as she had done numerous times before he would have been happy to assist her.
