Number 14 Bank Street is in the busy west end of Glasgow in close proximity to Glasgow University, Botanic Gardens, and Kelvin Park. A subway station nearby offers travel, minutes to the city centre. There are award winning restaurants and huge number of great cafes and bars within close walking distance.

The top floor apartment has been completely renovated and all equipment and facilities are new. Nice views to the front over Glasgow. The bathroom and shower is beautifully tiled and a part wet room. There is a shared rear garden should the Scottish summer allow outside socialising. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. Wifi included and new smart TV in the lounge area.

The apartment has a private car parking space accessed from the rear lane. No need to think about road parking. Entry through garden door.

We have a maintenance team and housekeeping team on call in Glasgow to help with any little issues or additional linen changes.

Un magnifique petit appartement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, très bien entretenu dans une maison d'époque. Situation près de l'université et au calme.

Be aware parking is restricted but not impossible, this can be found about 7 min walk away. The floors are very creaky and can awaken family by bathroom and most bedrooms.

Hi Mitul, Thanks for your comments. The apartment is quite old and a historic listed building and although we re-floored all of the apartment last year during complete renovation it is very difficult to get rid of every wee floor creak in the carpeted hall, unfortunately. Sorry that you didn’t park at the apartment. If you review the information sheet that we send out to guests you will see, in the first paragraph, that we actually have a private parking space behind the property accessed from our private garden. We had a nice stay in this apartment. In a pretty street, very close to nice bars and restaurants, a bakery, and the river sidewalk. We had a conference at the University, which was just around the corner, so that was ideal. The apartment wasn't as clean as expected and there wasn't enough cutlery, plates, etc. But we thought these were minor issues. This is was clearly an apartment only for Airbnb, so a bit "hotel-like" (everything in white, non-personal). In sum, for our goal of our stay in Glasgow (work-related at Uni) it was perfect.

This little place is a gem. We loved our time here. The flat is clean and bright with minimalist decor. There are charming views out the windows, and everything you need for cooking and relaxation. But the location was also outstanding. You're far enough away from the sounds of the Great Western Road, the nearest main road, so that it was quite in the flat, but close enough to all the shopping, cafes, restaurants and clubs to reach them easily. The owner was very responsive to inquiries and always helpful, resolving any issues that came up. We would definitely come back and hope to. This 3rd story flat (for American visitors that means 3 flights of stairs) is reasonably priced. Reserve this little gem. You will not regret it.

Great location and a lovely warm welcome from Allan's neighbour who looks after the keys. Unfortunately when we stayed the shower didn't work (no hot water), and wasn't able to be sorted quickly enough (we were only in town for a weekend - mainly for a family event in the afternoon of after our first night). So, with no hot water to get washed we had to find an alternative place to stay. Perhaps if we'd been staying longer we could have hung on until it was sorted, but that wasn't at all practical for our stay. Communication from Allan was not bad. It looks a lovely flat, hope the plumbing gets sorted.
