This beautifully renovated free standing 2 bedroom townhouse is perfectly located in the heart of Morningside, Sandton and is close to everything! - Downtown Sandton, the Gautrain, Morningside shopping centre, The Morningside Virgin active gym (across the street), the freeway etc.

It is completely secure and is situated within a walled and gated security estate with two 24 hour guards. All doors and windows also have security features.

The unit is fully equipped.

The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King sized extra length bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom (with shower). The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a Washing Machine and a Dishwasher. A maid will come in every Monday to clean the unit and do the washing/ironing.

The open-plan lounge/dining room area has a 55 Inch Smart TV with Showmax (South African Netflix) as well as a 6 seater dining room table and a very comfortable couch with daybed.

The patio is large and comes with a gas barbeque, 6 seater table as well as a large umbrella for sunny days. It is also well lit for entertaining at night.

Secure parking with an automated garage and plenty of visitors parking. The complex also has a beautiful pool that you will have access to.

The unit is situated in a small gated community that is walled and secure with two 24 hour armed guards. The guards are required to check in outside the unit on an hourly basis by tapping a tag on a sensor on the garage door. This ensures that they are patrolling the area at all times. Entry into the community is controlled and guests are required to sign in when visiting.
