Spectacular Oceanfront Condo 2BD/2BA - If your looking for a vacation condo featuring privacy and ocean front in Kona then this is the place! Catch the reflection of the sun and water off the full mirror that covers an entire wall of the living space. Large floor to ceiling windows in the living area leads to a great view and allows the ocean breeze in to give the unit good airflow. The entire condo is fully tiled, offers a wonderful tropical decor and very comfortable furnishings. Amenities include a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinetry, 32 inch flat screen TV in the living room, larger sized washer and dryer, designer furniture in both bedrooms wireless internet, cd and stereo.

Sea Village is located close to town, offers an ocean front swimming pool, spa, tennis courts and a nice BBQ area.

There is a 3 night minimum stay / 10 night minimum during Christmas & Ironman. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

Half-day during Main Constructions Period (9/11 to 9/25 - actual date TBD): Building 1 Sewer Pipe Replacement/Significant Disruption but likely short-term. Water and sewer for Building 1 will be shut down during pipe replacement.
During Main Construction Period (9/11 to 9/25 - actual date TBD): Replacement of Other Sewer Pipes (not anticipated but may be needed)/Significant Disruption. Water an Sewer to affected building(s) will be shut down during pipe replacement. Duration TBD.
9/21 to 9/25: Repair an resealing or parking areas./Significant Disruption - No Parking Onsite; Access to units will be affected.

We provide directions from the airport to the condo with access codes once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed. We are only a phone call away if emergencies happen. As a guest of KCV you also have access to Kona Concierge at no additional cost.

We are happy to assist you with any information, recommendations or assistance with any issues in the home. Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away.

The view the fact we saw Dolphins and Manta Ray with the light that shines and amazing array of fish! The location is perfect close to everything and you feel so at home not just like a tourist!

This is a great location with a beautiful view. We got to see dolphins from our balcony and there was a great coffee/smoothie/breakfast place, The Green Flash, near the entrance.

Aloha and E' Komo Mai (welcome) to Hawaii Island (Big Island).
We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
We were voted the "Best Vacation Rental Agency" for 2015 and 2016- Best of Hawai'i - Lei Niho Palaoa Awards. We credit these great ratings to our reservations, maintenance and inspection teams.
