This cozy bedroom has a queen bed and is nicely furnished. It is very quiet in this space.
The shared bathroom is large, light and airy. It is shared with only one other room.
The house is wonderful, built in 1929 as a summer cabin for SF people. Views across the Bay, from Oakland to the Dumbarton Bridge. Amazing garden with a unique "outdoor room" and a hillside full of lavender. Lots of places to explore on this hillside home. Feel free to use the well-equipped kitchen and relax in the living room. Fireplace is available.
Off street parking, brick stairs to the house. Enjoy!
Note that public transit isn't great here. If you are on bike, you will really work hard! There are lots of walking and hiking trails fairly close by, as well as a couple of restaurants only a mile away.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to cook like a storm! Please clean up afterwards. The gardens are there for your enjoyment too, as well as the entire main floor.
Note that I have 4 rooms that could be occupied at any given time and the people staying here are always fabulous. If you like dogs, this is a wonderful home. My dogs are super friendly and well behaved. Many people have returned because they love my pets! Unfortunately I can not allow cats as my son is allergic to them!
We follow the Golden Rule here. Clean up after yourself and be respectful as to noise. There is absolutely NO SMOKING on the premises. Unfortunately I can not allow cats as my son is allergic to them! If you would like to bring your well-behaved, house trained dog, please clear it with me first and know there is an extra fee.

The house is perched atop 1.2 acres with an amazing unobstructed view stretching from Oakland to the Dumbarton Bridge. My garden was even more lovely before the drought and my dogs have the run of the place. There are 4 rooms available here--2 with private bathrooms, 2 others share a bathroom. All very comfy. This a casual environment--lots of snacks and great coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Also a lot of places to wander and take a moment to yourself and relax.
Please consider me an excellent resource for the area, as I've lived here for over 20 yrs. and am well connected. I love all sorts of food (especially Mexican and Indian) enjoy music and am a HUGE fan of the Monkee's (so don't hold that against me). Born in Oklahoma yet well travelled and have lived abroad as well. NEWS FLASH!!: Like my page! Fraser's Perch would love your visit--upload your photos and join the fun at any of our events. Welcome! I look forward to your stay.
