*Female guests only, please*This charming Victorian house is the perfect place for you to stay in Denver! The bedroom's bay window gets beautiful natural light. Your bathroom is downstairs but completely private! Situated moderately well in a not-so-great public transit city, you'll have a few local restaurant options to walk to nearby, and some fun places a short bus ride or uber ride away! Note that Denver now charges a 10.75% occupancy tax that must be collected from the guest. #344533
This listing provides a private bath, but it is not an en suite. The Pinkhouse is a beautiful old Victorian, but keep in mind she has a few old Victorian features, like steep stairs and creeky wood floors.

Other than your bedroom and bath, there is a combined living and dining room with a table for you to eat meals at and a TV with limited cable. I'm usually watching the TV in my bedroom so you'll likely have free reign. If you use any of the dishes in the kitchen it would be great if you would just clean up after yourself!
My little dog, Arthur, is very friendly and if you ever happen to be there when I'm not there, he'll follow you around and want to snuggle. If you're not a dog person then this probably is not an ideal place for you.
-Please note you will receive an email from the resolution center requesting the Denver county lodgers tax of 10.75% You will have 24 hours to accept the tax charge to maintain your reservation. Denver county does not allow the lodgers tax to be included in the nightly rate. Denver requires the fee to be separate so guests can see the amount.
-Check-in time is 2PM-8PM
-Check-out time is 11 AM
-No smoking of any kind indoors, but I have no problem with you smoking on the back patio.
-Not a child-proofed house, so no children under 12
-I have a cleaning crew that does a deep clean once a month, if that falls during your stay then they will need access to your room that morning.

Hi, I'm Noel! Hospitality is one of my favorite things, as is travel. This has been a great way to get to do both! I lived in Kiev, Ukraine in highschool, so I know that "travel" looks a lot different when you actually live there. Because of that, I love the idea of people coming to my city and truly being able to experience it as I do.
I love Colorado, and have lived here for nearly two decades. I enjoy our amazing weather and being outside! I'm more of a city dweller than a mountain girl, but looking to the west and enjoying their beauty keeps me anchored.
I'm a hairstylist, and also occasionally bartend for events at my cousin's distillery. You should check out the Colorado whiskey while you're here! If you ask, I just might make you a Hot Mess Margarita, with Hatch green chili infused white whiskey. It's amazing, I promise.
I have arguably the cutest dog ever (I know that everyone thinks their dog is cutest, but I'm told regularly by friends and strangers that mine is, which makes me believe it). He is a West Highland White Terrier. He is super friendly and loves to cuddle. If you stay at my place while I'm here, you have to keep your door closed or he'll come in and try to snuggle with you while you sleep.
I'm looking forward to meeting you!
