Aqua House Shibuya is a three-storied architecturally designed modern house with a separate guest-floor that contains a comfy bedroom with a full-size en-suite, kitchenette/laundry, mini-fridge, and swimming pool (can be heated in winter but with extra cost). Excellent Wifi internet connection.
Your spacious and well designed guest room has a very comfortable European style queen bed with quality linen, attached bathroom with Grohe shower fittings and full size bath tub. The guest floor is one level below the ground floor and has plenty of light and good ventilation thanks to the adjacent pool side area and open skylights above.

The top floor (owner's floor) is off-limits to guests. However, the ground floor - where the main kitchen, dining and living room are located - is free for use by guests (with the exception of the study room next to the kitchen).

Big breakfast on request: You can select from either traditional Japanese breakfast with bowl of rice, grilled salmon, rolled eggs, miso soup and pickles, or Western style breakfast with toast or Swiss muesli, bowl of fruits and yogurt, and your choice of eggs. Fruit juice, coffee and a large varieties of herb-teas are always available.
Pasmo/Suica Card - We provide these e-cards upon request. They allow you to travel using buses/trains/subway in Tokyo without having to buy individual tickets and can also be used at several convenience-stores and drink-vending machines. They must be topped-up in the station but amounts of 1000yen ~ 10,000yen can be deposited. (For more information, visit the jreast website and under the tab 'Fares & Passes', click on 'Suica'. )
Pets - We have 1 golden retriever dog (Mikka) and 1 cat (Sooty). Both of our pets are very friendly and well-trained so will not bark or bite.
