Enjoy the city then retreat in a quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown!My place is surely a home away from home! It's located in a gated, safe, and friendly neighborhood. My development has it's own walking/jogging path. The ambiance, location, and people will ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The basement is finished with stained concrete floors and exposed concrete. Great for relaxing and entertaining. Complete with a pool table, plenty of seating, air hockey table that doubles as table tennis, and karaoke machine. Cards, taboo, monopoly, checkers, etc. is also available! My home is fairly new and has great carpet and hardwood floors. To maintain this I ask that guests remove their shoes at the door! This makes for a cleaner space for all visitors! The floors are clean and comfortable so no worries.

The entire home is accessible with the exception of the front porch. Guests are expected to use the back patio area if lounging outside. Guests should also park in the garage and not the street as residents have areas for parking. The community pool and center is not open to use by guests.

Cleaning products are located in the closet near the fridge! A mop and bucket are located around the corner from there in the laundry room. Please help to keep the house clean and in great condition for myself and future visitors. The HARDWOOD FLOOR should never be moped!!! I clean it after every visit with a special cleanser. There is a vacuum, dust pan/broom, dish detergent, hand soap, and toilet tissue stocked for all guests. The kitchen has some cooking supplies. Skillets, sharp cutting knife, spoons, forks, glasses, etc. A small and large and medium cooking pot with lids are also available. Also equipped with a blender and toaster.
A copy of a government issued ID must be verified by the owner before approval. This must be received before acceptance of rental. Please read the rules completely.

Smoking cannot take place in the home. It may occur on the back patio. All smoking materials must be cleaned up and thrown away. No illegal smoking substances allowed! Use of illegal smoking substances results in immediate removal from property with no refund. The back patio contains a BBQ grill which cannot not be used. There is also a fireplace inside which is not for use by guests.
The carpet and natural hardwood floors are in great condition! To maintain this I ask guests to remove shoes at the door especially during rain and snow!
Parties are prohibited! The number of guests at the house cannot exceed 6! The booking guest must ensure that all parties on the property are following house rules and understands that any damages to the property will be their responsibility. A gathering may be approved by the host but additional charges apply.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the owner. Additional cleaning fees apply.
Guests must keep all noise levels at a minimum. Upon leaving and arrival to and from the house guests should not be playing loud music and also maintain a safe driving speed in the development.
Violations of house rules will result in additional fees with immediate removal from the property with no refund.
