Our apartment is positioned right at the edge of the lake, with panoramic view of lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain.

The apartment is close to the town centre (30 minutes scenic walk along the lake). The apartment features a fireplace, underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen.

Le logement

This is a spacious and luxury 2 bedroom apartment. It features a fully equipped modern kitchen with gas cooktop and dishwasher, a formal dinning area and a spacious living area. The fireplace in the living area and underfloor heating will keep you warm during the cold months. This apartment consists of a master ensuite (bath tub & shower) with a king size bed, and a second ensuite (shower only) with two single beds. There are two big flat screen TVs, one is in the living area, and the other one is in the master ensuite. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the cupboard next to the second ensuite. The apartment opens to a good size balcony with outdoor table and chairs. You can enjoy the stunning panoramic view of lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain from the kitchen, living and dining area.

This apartment complex is located at a waterfront location, with direct walking track and lake access. It takes about 5 mins drive to town centre and it's about 30 mins walk if you take the scenic lakeside track. There is also public transport option to town, and the nearest bus stop is about 100m up on the road. Queenstown airport is 15 mins drive away.

During your stay, we also provide:
- in-room WiFi with unlimited data
- Use of the Nespresso Machine with capsules provided.
- Arrangement for additional or daily room service (including change of linen and towels) for a fee.
- Hire of a cot or high chair for a fee.

The apartment complex provides covered car parks. It operates on a first-come-first-serve basis. You will also have access to gym, sauna, BBQ facility in the courtyard and drying room for ski equipment located on site. Self-operated guest laundry service is also available for a fee. There is a restaurant and bar on site.

For the price of the place, you would expect it to be all spot on and as expected. Downlights were blown, not enough tea and coffee, no tongs, no cooking oils or salt & pepper, no batteries in remote for 1 TV, cooking lid broken, dishwasher broken, dining chairs ripped and torn, filthy windows, no wardrobe space, one toilet wouldn't stop flushing, felt like it was a run down place and not prepared better for our stay which for the price was disappointing

Hi Timmy, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am sorry that there were a few things we didn't do well enough to make your stay a perfect one. Based on your feedback I completely agree there are things that need improvement and I will take action this coming weekend. regarding the ripped chair, as I explained in my email I did notice it when I inspected the property the day before your arrival, but I couldn't do anything on the day as it is a weekend and I needed to book time with the local upholstery company. Although perfectly useable, I admit it is a bad look. I'm aware of the apartment building is having issues with unstable power supply, which could kill light bulbs and causing issues to electronics. I have no doubt that the light bulbs and the dishwasher wasn't functioning. In fact, I have been replacing electrical parts and the light bulbs for this property very frequently. This is probably not going to stop until they carry out some major maintenance work scheduled early next year. I also have a highly responsive housekeeping team who can quickly attend to issues such as low battery, running short on tea/coffee. Just dropping me a message in airbnb and I will get it sorted. Having said that, I do recognise that there should be enough tea/coffee supplied in the first place. Again, thanks for taking your time to give us feedback. Kind regards, Ray

This apartment has the "wow" factor as soon as you walk in. The decor is stylish and the view is amazing! We stayed as a family of four and we were very comfortable. We had issues with the internet connection which Ray attempted to resolve very quickly which we appreciate.

The view! Amazing! The cleanliness itself is not as I expected. I stayed for a week and NO one come and clean it. The dishwasher is rotten. The washer and dryer also old. The kitchen equipments are old and almost all are broken. No chopping board which i requested but never got it. Tv channels are limited. If you are out a lot, it would be worth it. If you are planning to stay in most of the time, you might need to request a lot of things to Ray.

A beautiful, well appointed apartment, with spectacular views and in a great location if you have a car or are prepared to walk 30 minutes to Queenstown. Be aware that if you are staying for a week or more that you will need to provide your own toiletries and tea and coffee, as the apartment was not serviced. Overall, coming back to the apartment after a day skiing or sight-seeing made the holiday all the more enjoyable, especially having your own fireplace and a good restaurant in the complex. We would highly recommend this accomodation.

Wow. We loved our stay here - from our first cup of coffee on the balcony watching the clouds pass the mountains, to being cuddled up on the couches with a glass of red, the photos of this place are spot on. Amazing views along the water and mountains, great space and well equipped. Supermarket is close by, 5 minute drive up the highway, so you don't have to battle in and out of town to stock up or it's an easy trip in to take on all Qtown has to offer. Big thank you to the previous guest who left extra laundry powder! My hero!

3 nights. Very comfortable and of course stunning views, especially on a clear crisp June morning. Ray was very helpful and an excellent communicator and facilitator - esp arranging extra towels and coffee. BTW, the hotel restaurant was great as well. Very good food & service. So it is a 35 - 40 minute walk into town, but that was good along the coastal path. An easy alternative is the efficient Number 11 bus that runs on the main road or else reasonably priced local taxis. Apartment has large general space for relaxing and the gas fire is a real apartment warmer considering how cold it was outside in June.
