Our Victorian family home has been featured in the Sept 2016 Good Homes magazine & is a 5-10 minute walk to the station & the sea.
It is a short walk to local bars and restaurants and you can walk to Brighton in 25mins or bus it in 10!

Le logement

Our home is a 4 bedroom Victorian property with modern features such as exposed brickwork & glass walls.
We have an open plan lounge / diner, with a kitchen / diner to the rear. We have a small garden with built in seating & you have access to the barbecue (weather permitting!)
There a 3 bedrooms on the first floor (although one is the nursery & not available).
There is the master bedroom at the front of the house, with a super king size double bed.
The middle bedroom is a children's room with a bunk bed featuring a truckle bed underneath, creating a 7th bed if required. (Travel cot also available upon request.)
There is also a separate WC & family bathroom.
On the top floor the loft has been converted to create another large double bedroom with en suite. The en suite has a glass 'feature' wall!
Families preferred.

You have full access to our home, all except for our daughters nursery, which will be locked.

We are flexible and can either hand keys over directly or we have fantastic neighbours that can hand them over.
We are only a call or message away & happy to answer any queries.

Autres remarques

We have a brand new boiler and have just added a new fridge freezer too!
There is street parking, but you need visitor permits, which we will provide.
We don't have bin men, so you will need to take your rubbish & recycling to the end of the road (right turn out of the front door).

Please remember to empty your food from the fridge & take all your belongings with you.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Charlotte's home. The house is really lovely, yet relaxed enough to allow us to feel at home. It is situated in a quiet street close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is really well equipped - which makes self-catering easy. It is 10 minutes walk from the beach in Hove and around a 35 minute walk into Brighton. Charlotte was very helpful in all communication

We had a great stay at Charlotte's place. The house was great and in a great location too. We enjoyed the garden and BBQ and were blessed with great weather. Charlotte was a fab host - very responsive to messages and really really helpful. 5 star rating all the way!

A beautiful house that was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the sea front but also close to shops and the station. It was homely, stylish - good for the adults to relax and for our four year old to play. The garden was lovely too.

Thanks so much David & I'm glad you had a good stay. We are saving for a new boiler, so hopefully that will sort the water issue as we know it can be tricky. Hopefully we'll have it done if you ever choose to stay with us again :) Thanks again

Excellent house and hosts! The house is very well equipped and stylishly decorated. Good location. The house was very clean, extra towels were provided and bed linen was of high quality. The host provided excellent information about the house and the neighborhood in a "House Manual" and replies to e-mail communication were swift and hospitable. We are happy to give this home our best recommendation.
