Close to several Presidential homes and libraries, universities, wineries, craft breweries and cideries, my home is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, and the city center of Waynesboro, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, and Staunton. You’ll love my home because of the views, the people, the ambiance, the location, and the outdoor space. Hiking, antiquing, skiing and snowboarding are all great all weather activities!
Located at the top of a crest, the property is only minutes away from city amenities, yet you feel as if you are very much removed from the hustle and bustle of city life. Waynesboro is an all American town, with warm friendly people, family owned and operated restaurants as well as familiar chains. Shopping, recreation, the Appalachian Trail, Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway are a pleasant drive into the country. Seasonal festivals, polo, trout fishing, the Appalachian Trail, skiing and snowboarding and many other sights and activities are very close. My suite of rooms is upstairs and when I am not at work I can be available to assist you.

I can be available for whatever your needs require in the evening during the week, and during the weekend.
This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. It will be good if you have your own mobile hotspots on your phone as I have No INTERNET CONNECTION here. Neighboring livestock are not to be approached or disturbed. Treated well water and septic system. Bottled water is provided.
While children under 12 and infants are welcome, please note that the house is not child proof and little ones will need to be well supervised. I have two bee hives on property. They usually are not near the house. If you encounter a bee, be calm, and it should fly away. If it does not it is most likely a yellow jacket wasp.
I have a few chickens enclosed in an electric fence, while the voltage is low, beware and do not touch the fence.
Love quiet, thoughtful pursuits, reading, gardening, agriculture, cooking. Work full time at Fishburne Military School. Love, and have traveled extensively, but there is so much more to see! I have two old dogs and cats and a few chickens and you can have as much or as little interaction as you would like with my animals. Of course my neighbors animals and property is off limits.
