Newly remodeled throughout!! Centrally located. 1 block to Main St, Peak 9 and 4:00 run. Walk to Quicksilver lift, ski down the 4 o'clock run and walk back home. Fully equipped kitchen or head to main street for great food and fun. Park the car in the heated garage and hop on the Free Shuttle located across the street from the condo.
Hot tub, sauna & BBQ grill. Guest storage area and bike racks. Access to the Upper Village hot tubs and pool (off-site)

Le logement

We have recently renovated our "Happy Place" and hope that you will enjoy the upgrades as much as us. We have enlarged the kitchen area and added hickory cabinets and quartz countertops. The L-shaped peninsula is spacious and can accommodate the cooks in the kitchen as well as those dining at the bar. We installed both a front loading washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with gentlemen height vanities and 17" toilets. There is all new flooring throughout the unit. The deck has ample room to sit six with four at the long bar and 2 at the glass table. The home is spacious and well laid out. Come and enjoy all that the condo and Breck has to offer!!

We stayed at Fred's condo for two weeks. Check in was very convenient and quick. The condo was clean and spacious. It felt like we were in our own home. We utilized the fabulous fireplace regularly. There were a multitude of board games for lots of family fun, learned two new games during our stay. The lifts were close and easily accessible. We hope to be able to stay again.

Great place! Exactly as advertised, with one bonus - the pantry! There was a fabulous selection of spices, vinegar, honey, rice, sugar, etc. I'd bet the assortment changes as guests come and go but it was a marvelous surprise. The place was clean, comfy, well-stocked, and in a very central location. Fred also got back to me quickly when I had a question. I'd definitely go back!

Great place! Everything was clean and the condo was super convenient. Only downside was there is only one parking pass.
