We would love to welcome you to our Kauhale, our home on the Big Island; a place of wonder, diversity, friendship and beauty. Located just three minutes walking to Honl’s beach or the shops and restaurants of Coconut Grove, Kona Pacific is perfectly located at the heart of Kailua-Kona. The Kona Pacific complex is one of Kona’s premier properties. The grounds are beautiful and professionally manicured. There is a large pool area which includes a reading room and two gas barbecues. This area also has a small fridge and a microwave – everything to make your BBQ complete! Kona Pacific is located within easy walking distance to the picturesque historic village of Kailua-Kona. Watch the sunset on the sand at Huggo’s, paddleboard on Kailua Bay, rent a moped and explore the beaches on Ali’i Drive or just catch some sun by the pool.

We are happy to assist you with any information, recommendations or assistance with any issues in the home. Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away.
Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations rental policies at time of booking. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Please add 13.416% Hawaii taxes on rent, Security Protection Plan $49.00 payable directly to Kona Coast Vacations. This is due at the time of booking and is a credit card charge, not a wire transfer. The additional fees are not included in the AirBnB quote unless provided a Special Offer.
