We provide a basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay.

We have little personal interaction with guests after they are booked in, however we are hardly ever far away and available everyday by phone should guests have any queries during their stay.
Same day bookings can only be made before 12pm CST. Rate accommodates up to 2 adults & 2 children. Extra adults are charged at $10 extra per person per night. Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.
(a) Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm-8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.
(b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond; and
(c) Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact on the residential amenity of neighbours and the local community.
(d) Guests must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. With the exception of reasonable departure cleaning, the guest agrees they are liable to be charged for any excessive cleaning (if required) including the cleaning of excessive dirty dishes, or for any unreasonable damage incurred during their stay.
(e) Please take note that the property must be vacated by 10am in order to avoid any additional charges. If you overstay your 10am check-out (without prior approval), our cleaners will be waiting for you to leave, and as they are paid by the hour, guests checking out late will be liable for the cleaner’s time.
(f) Smoking is not permitted in the property. If you smoke in the property, you authorise us to recover from you, $100 to apply towards having the furnishings and carpets deodorised.
(g) Each property comes with 2 sets of keys. You agree to notify us immediately if you find there are not at least 2 sets of keys. In the event, you return the property to us without the above, you agree to pay $230 to cover key / lock replacement.
