Close to the airport, University of Rochester, nightlife, great Ethiopian, Japanese, Indian and Chinese restaurants, a small grocery, cafes, several diners and pubs. Very spacious, with a great location (on a quiet, safe residential street). Perfect for students, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and pets.
The place is simple, comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room to sprawl out, relax, or work. The kitchen includes all you need for making excellent coffee and cooking basic meals. I have recently added a microwave and toaster. There is one large bedroom, one medium-sized bedroom, and an additional room with a bed which is attached to the bathroom.
For a reasonable price, here you will get a lot of space, privacy, decent basic furnishings, free coffee and flexibility with pets and check-in time. It is NOT meant to be a luxurious boutique experience. If that's how you plan to evaluate it, please find a listing that advertises itself that way. I am just a graduate student trying to survive, not a business trying to make a profit.
I'm happy to answer any other questions about the space!

Échanges avec les voyageurs
I'm a graduate student at University of Rochester, and I live in the unit upstairs. I can typically be available if anything comes up or if you need anything to enjoy your stay. I'm also happy to socialize or offer suggestions for places to check out or things to do. Otherwise, you'll have access to the apartment with a key code and we need not interact in person.
I provide coffee and coffee-making supplies for you to enjoy during your stay!
