You’ll love my place because of the comfortable beds, fast reliable WiFi, HD TVs with Dish and Roku, large back deck with grill, and off street parking! Great location only 2 blocks to light rail station and 4 blocks to Sloans Lake! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids)!
This space is great for its central location, easy access to the light rail, off-street parking, and overall comfort with lots of amenities! Including Wifi, Dish with 3 HDTVs, laundry room and spacious deck with lots of privacy and sunshine!

This property has recently been remodeled with new deck! During warm months we have an evaporative cooler and ceiling fans in all the rooms, works great in Colorado's dry climate. A note that this is NOT a childproof or handicap accessible area but there is only 1 step at front door and we do welcome children. Also no housekeeping service provided and limited breakfast food included. We are determined to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, appreciate any feedback you may have!

I am a Denver native and own the duplex. I am retired and have help from my son Vance managing the property. My son Vance who is pictured with me will be the contact for your stay. We want to be very helpful and make your stay in Denver as comfortable as possible. Vance tries to greet all guests on arrival to explain details of property and answer any questions. We have a lot of knowledge about the city and are very willing to help with any questions or information needed. We have experience in the travel business and we will try hard to make your stay an enjoyable one.
