Traditional B&B in a farmhouse, dating from the 17th century, located on a quiet lane overlooking meadows, farmland, woods and the River Bure.
A short walk from Blickling Hall and three historic pubs serving excellent food; a short drive from the Gunton Arms and deer park, north Norfolk beaches and railway to the Broads.The 3 comfortable double bedrooms are peaceful with beautiful views . Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace and arrangements can be made for dogs and horses.
There are two adjacent double rooms in the farmhouse.
It is also possible to stay in 'the old harness room' with access to a shower, cloakroom, garden room with TV, outdoor terrace and a scullery for tea making etc.

There is always someone available to assist guests.
As a general rule only one party stays at a time.
One room can be booked at the rate shown and extra guests at a similar rate with discounts depending on the number in the party and length of stay.
A minimum of 2 guests for Friday and Saturday night bookings.
We will be happy to make special arrangements for children, dogs or horses but please email for a phone contact number in advance of your booking.
Each room accommodates a single person or a couple and the charge with breakfast is £90 a night per room. There are discounts for singles or a longer stay. (More than 2 nights)
The barn can also be made available for small functions anniversaries, wedding parties etc.
If you would like an evening meal or packed lunch we can prepare it for you with a little advance notice.
