Spacious two bedroom flat located on the second floor. Situated in the heart of Fulham, between Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway just a 5 minute walk to Parsons green tube station, 10minutes walk to Putney bridge and the river Thames. Two Double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living area(fifth person can sleep on large sofa), dining room with seating for eight. Well equipped kitchen. Wifi. Pay and display car parking. Perfect for a small family or two couples wanting a quiet, comfortable space.

Fantastic two bed (sleeps up to 5 people) flat in a quiet and convenient location. Just 5 minutes walk from Parsons green tube and close to Putney Bridge, the River Thames and Bishops Park. This well located flat is ideal for a family or two couples wanting to explore London whilst being able to enjoy the quiet leafy streets of Fulham.

The living room is spacious and light with plenty of comfortable seating. A large flat screen TV with freeview is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The large sofa can be used as a bed - sleeps one person. Therefore the flat can sleep up to 5 people.

The Dining room is equipped with a large table with seating for up to eight guests. Perfect to enjoy a sociable and relaxed dinner around. Leading off the dining room is the Kitchen, Well equipped with all the mod cons required to prepare the perfect feast.

Further down the hallway there is a large shower room with Shower, Basin and Loo. With a large window this room boast plenty of natural light.

At the end of the hall you have one double bedroom to the left, with plenty of storage space, comfortable bedding and a large window.

Opposite this room you have the master bedroom with king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and double windows with interior shutters to give privacy whilst allowing natural light in. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and loo.

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hairdryer.

There is Wifi throughout the whole flat.

Parking is available free between (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) days a week and pay and display Monday-Saturday (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Sunday is Free.

There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

• Maximum group size: 5
• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties
• No candles
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Keep the property clean and tidy
• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost

**Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £40 late check-in fee
**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight

A lovely flat. It has everything one needs and there is a good amount of space for London. I enjoyed the peacefulness of the location away from the busyness of the city, yet it is close enough to the tube station in order to get anywhere one needs to go. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Will's place was great, very bright, airy and nicely furnished so just as described. 2 good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in lovely old building in good residential street short walk to shops, 10 minutes walk to Parsons Green tube - very good pub there, the White Horse. Communication and check in were very good and easy.
