We live about 90 miles away so we can't take care of anything in a hurry except make calls.
GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO DO ALL THE CLEAN UP AS THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE AND GUEST ARE BOOKED SO OFTEN AS ONE GOES ONE COMES IN. WASHING AND DRYING OF ALL LINENS AND MAKING BEDS, CLEANING STOVE, FLOORS AND THE REFRIGERATOR AND TAKING ALL TRASH WITH THEM TO THE LOCAL DUMPING AREA A FEW BLOCKS AWAY. THIS TAKES SOME TIME AND EFFORT. ONLY ONE GUEST DECIDED THEY WOULD RATHER PAY A CLEANING FEE. DURING THE HOLIDAYS THIS WILL BE IMPERATIVE. WE NEED TO BE NOTIFIED IF THE PRIOR GUEST DID NOT ADHERE TO THE RULES. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ANY SUPPLIES ARE NEEDING TO BE REPLACED.
Minimum 2 nights on weekends. Since we don't charge a cleaning fee, we only ask that you clean up after yourself. Wash and dry your linens. Remove any trash you produce. Sweep the kitchen floor. And clean counters and any dishes you use. There are dumpsters 1/2 a mile west on Big Bear blvd across from the performing arts center at the fire house. You may leave towels and sheets in dryer or replace them on beds. If we all do our part we can avoid those costly cleaning fees in the future.
