This angelic home with breathtaking views offers a private swimming pool and spa, spacious tropical yard, covered gazebo and lanai with plenty of comfortable furniture to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. The home sits high above the neighbors in the gated community of Kahakai Estates and offers a sense of privacy.

Inside the home you will find an open concept living, dining and kitchen area all with great ocean views. The spacious kitchen has a large center island and is fully stocked. The living area has comfortable seating for enjoying the large flat screen television. The inside dining area is perfect for more formal dinners with enough seating for the whole crew. While outside dining is preferred for catching the island's famous Kona sunsets while enjoying an island inspired meal with your loved ones.

The master bedroom has a King bed, walk in closet, ocean views and sliding doors to the lanai and pool. The ensuite is large with a walk in shower and soaking tub. There is also access through the master bathroom to the outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a King Bed and shares the Jack and Jill - Bathroom 2 with Bedroom 3 with a King bed (convertible to twin beds for a fee). Both Bedroom 2 and 3 have sliding doors to the side yard with access to the 2nd outdoor shower and pool.

This island home feature additional amenities: Wi-Fi, Propane BBQ, Full Size Washer and Dryer, 2 Car Garage, Beach Chairs, Cooler and Complimentary Concierge Service.

Kahakai Estates is conveniently located just a five minute drive to Kona town where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and beaches. With easy access to the highway it is a great location for exploring the island and it's many wonders from hiking, zip lining, Volcanoes National Park, dolphin snorkels, star gazing at Mauna Kea, water fall sight seeing, scenic drives and more!

This is a No Pets, No Smoking Property.

Aloha and E' Komo Mai (welcome) to Hawaii Island (Big Island).
We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
We were voted the "Best Vacation Rental Agency" for 2015 and 2016- Best of Hawai'i - Lei Niho Palaoa Awards. We credit these great ratings to our reservations, maintenance and inspection teams.
