New to AirBNB, a Vieques Island favorite. The beautiful estate villa of Quinta Jacaranda is on two acres of land in the tranquil Puerto Real area overlooking the Caribbean and is just a five minute drive to the beach at Sun Bay, the shops and restaurants in Esperanza. The large land parcel affords great privacy and the lush gardens in a perfect tropical setting.

The spacious home includes expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, a gourmet kitchen and formal dining. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodate up to six people, or eight with two on the living room sofa-bed. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a jack-and-jill bath with the third bedroom, which has two twin beds that can be combined into a king. There is a half bath in the hallway gallery easily accessed from the pool deck. Next to the large swimming pool is a covered gazebo with dining and bar. The home is family friendly and children are welcome.

Autres remarques

Be sure to book your rental car well in advance too, as they often sell out in high season. If your flight arrives early enough to San Juan international airport, you can economize by taxing to Ceiba and flying to Vieques with Vieques Air Link, the last flight is at 5:30pm. The ferry is often unreliable.

THE PROPERTY: The rental is self-catering and the home is fully equipped with bath and beach towels, bed linens, kitchen utensils, Sat TV/DVD, Ipod docking station, Wifi, laundry facilities, gas grill, beach chairs and cooler. A pack-and-play crib and booster/high chair are provided. Paper and soap products, trash bags and grill propane are stocked upon arrival only. Our property manager is on call to attend to any maintenance issues during your stay.

CHECK-IN: Between 3:00pm and 8:00pm Atlantic Standard Time (early check-in available depending on cleaning schedule and at property manager’s discretion).

CHECK-OUT: 10:00 am Atlantic Standard Time. It must be recognized that management needs time to clean and prepare the premises for the next party of guests.

NUMBER IN PARTY: The maximum number of guests in your party shall not exceed eight (8) people, including children over two years of age. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in denial of entry or eviction and forfeit of all payments and deposits. No house parties are permitted.

GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY: Guests will take care of and respect the accommodations they have rented through Owner. Guests agree to immediately report to management by telephone any fire, accident, damage, or dangerous or defective condition. The property caters to families and mature adults. Upon Guest’s arrival, if the party does not include a legal adult member, Owner and/or its agent, reserves the right to cancel the reservation and the Guests will forfeit all monies paid. Should Guests’ behavior necessitate eviction (including a complaint of excessive noise), prepaid rents, deposits, and purchases shall be considered earned and therefore be retained by the Owner.

CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES: Guests will be responsible to leave the dishes, utensils, and appliances and grill clean. All trash is to be disposed of in the receptacles provided at the street. A minimum cleaning fee of $50.00 per hour of required cleaning work will be charged if the premises require extraordinary cleaning. Daily maid service is available upon advance request for an additional fee. Please rinse beach chairs and coolers after use.

GRATUITY: A service fee is not included in the rental rate. Please feel welcome to leave gratuities for our staff in the case of excellent service.

NO SMOKING Absolutely NO smoking is allowed inside of the house.

CHILDREN: All children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool area and may not be left alone in the house or on the grounds.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.

UTILITIES: Water, electricity and satellite, are included in the rental fee. Guests may be charged if excessive utility usage is found; such as not turning off air-conditioner or water hoses when leaving the property for an extended period of time.

LIABILITY: The Booking Guest and all members of the Booking Guest’s party (the “Guests”) agree to conform to all notices, rules, and instructions in and about the property. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. The property, through its authorized representative, (I) reserves the right in its sole discretion, to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions and (II) may refuse admission to the Property to any person not registered with the management office or not properly identified, and may require all persons admitted to the Property at any time shall, in the judgment of its authorized representative, be prejudicial to the safety, character, reputation or interests of the Property or its guest may be denied access to the Property or may be ejected therefrom. Neither Owner nor its agents shall be liable to any Guest for damages or loss arising from the admission, exclusion or ejection of any person to or from the Property. Neither owner, or its agents shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the property owner or its agents, and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.

In the event of a claim by the Agreement shall be construed under the laws of Puerto Rico and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

-You understand that check-out is at 10am on departure day and will be strictly enforced.
-You understand you are to leave kitchen, dishes, utensils, appliances and BBQ grill clean at departure.
-You understand all garbage is to be deposited in the receptacles at the street upon departure.
-You understand that no smoking is allowed inside the house.
-You understand exceeding the maximum guest occupancy may result in eviction.
-You agree to monitor and supervise any and all children in your party.
-You understand you are responsible for the actions of all persons traveling with you.
-You agree to pay replacement value for any lost/damaged towels, linens or beach chairs, plus a $50.00
service fee.

House is beautiful. Even nicer than pictures. Loved the open concept of the house. Also loved the music system. We spent a lot of time at the pool and gazebo doing bbq. View is spectacular. This house is a great option in Vieques. You won't be disapinted.
