All bedrooms are en-suite with bedrooms 2 & 3 sharing a Jack and Jill shower and toilet.

There are many different areas to visit depending on your interests ranging from the City of Aberdeen (seaside/beach) to Scottish Castles including Crathes, Castle Fraser, Drum Castle and of course approx. an hour away is the Queen's holiday home of Balmoral Castle.
Great for exploring the Whisky Trails and fishing in the Speyside area.
There are many, many golf courses in the area such as the links courses of Trump International, Old Royal Aberdeen and more inland courses such as Kemnay or Kintore.
In winter this is a perfect location for skiers wishing to visit the ski resorts of The Lecht and Glenshee.

All areas are accessible with exception of the garage space however there are three private parking spaces to the rear of the property.
There is a high chair in the property and a travel cot can be provided on request.

I am now retired after selling our business keep busy with voluntary work. Family are in different places in the world so visit when possible, husband still working but flexible as to where from so we can travel quite freely.
