Ciao! Hi! Hallo! Salut!
My name is Sylvia and I was born in Bern, Switzerland.
First of all, my highlight!
…or the best that a host may offer to his guests.
Still working nowadays as a professional COMO LAKE TOUR GUIDE, I could be the key point of your relaxing stay amongst all the beauties this famous Lake has to offer.
How is this possible?
My passion for caring and hosting people goes back to my youth when I decided to attend the École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland.
Thanks to my following experience in the airline industry as a cabin attendant (Swiss), I then switched into the tourist industry as a tour manager working with many different nationalities and cultures. I’m also an active member of IATM, the International Association of Tour Managers.
I am now living on Lake Como since more than 20 years.
Beside my job, in my free time I have some other hobbies and interests: I normally divide myself between the art of patchwork and the pleasure of attending some courses made available at USI, the Italian University in Switzerland.
Hosting you would be for me an interesting opportunity not only to share my personal local knowledge, but also a way to get to discover something new about you and the world. Any request or desire you might have, is more than welcome. Please, do not hesitate to get in touch with me!
Hope to meet you soon!
Bis bald! A bientôt!
