Kona Isle is a beautiful oceanfront condominium unit has been designed with tropical tastes in mind with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities to make your vacation relaxing & carefree. This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is located on the top floor (third) for the most desirable views where you can watch the parasailers, dolphins, kayaks, ships, and seasonal whales. The living area is equipped with a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping, and a window AC. Ceiling fans located in the living area as well as in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped & the condo also has a washer/dryer. The comfortably furnished bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and has a flat screen TV.

The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk. The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace. Free WiFi access in complex. Property owner does not allow bicycles inside the unit.

This is a No Pets, No Smoking Property. 5 night minimum stay required, 10 nights during Ironman/Holiday period. Last minute discounts see below.

Visited my daughter in Kona. The condo was great for us. It had a nice pool area and a great view of ocean from their beach/picnic area. Very close to town and activities. Nice quiet, relaxing property!

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
