KITCHEN and FRIDGE - Guests will be used small size kitchen space in room, clean fridge and kettle, cup and spoon, appealing place to prepare a coffee / tea. CLEANING SUPPLIES - I like to keep a clean house. If you use the room or bathroom, please tidy up after yourself. Every other guest I've had has cleaned up after themselves and it's never been an issue. I've left more cleaning supplies in the guest area. ODORS: DOG - Small clean dog live in flat. If you do not like the dog DO NOT use this property. Dog are allowed in public areas for access. SMOKING - No smoking in property and outdoor area as garden paths, patios or terraces. MOLD - We have the property professionally cleaned remove mold by Domestos Professional Mould Cleaner. COMMUNICATION with HOST - using Airbnb’s communication message system or texting message. CHECK-INN INSTRUCTIONS - Host asking for guests’ travel details to tailor convenient arrival times.

8). It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment.
9). The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and money left in the room. The host is not liable in case of theft or loss.
10). We not provide the door key under security reason. Host as Concierge is available 24/7 for registered guests.
11). Check-in time after 3:00 pm until 8pm. On arrival, please hand over the passports or IDs of all guests for registration.
12). Late check-inn after 8:00pm until 8:00am with confirmation from host only and for add charged £20 (no refund). If the guest do not notify about late arrival, has no right to ask for a compensation as well as an earlier confirmed accommodation.
13). Check-out time by 10.00 am. Please to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged.
14). Book for someone else - Yes you can. You’ll need to bring the lead guest’s full name and get confirmation from the host.
15). Please note that your booking is on the name and for the number of individuals agreed when booking and that, for the security of other guests and to comply with fire regulations, other visitors are not permitted. Add guest require for add charge per night/per person.
16). We reserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of this house rules or if they disturb other guests.
