As your Host I'm likely to be around some of the time (live on site), but I do my own thing and do go off camping over Summer to..
If you want to go Beach Day-Tripping just lets know and we'll make that work!
I do have a resident Dog - Mii Sacchii... and yes... she does generally expect to be centre stage for Cuddles, but the House does provide you with a seperete securely fenced section, a sheltered Balcony, and timber floors throughout so super cruizey K9 Fur-Babies are welcome but should be discussed at time of booking hey :-) Cats on the other hand are not a good idea :-/ sorry.
She does however sound impressive so our yards are secure and any visitors are briefly announced :-)
- Smoking Outside Please
- After 10pm Noise Levels respectful of Neighbours Please
- Open to events - Beachfront Lawn... just ask

I'm an outgoing, sociable person that loves my Beach-Life and looks forward to new Guests becoming Friends.
My work means I tend to be always on the go, so I balance life by getting out to Paddle (Waka Ama) or run on the beach, Collect Pipi's, Cook Healthy Food and enjoy a Coldie on the Balcony with Friends...
Born and Bred here in the Far North I grew up largely in Rarotonga (as this was our Family home for 3 + Decades), and consequently have a passion for Ocean-Life, learning about new Cultures and extending Hospitality.
With a Great Local Knowledge and friends that operate activities like Cape Tours, Beach Adventures and even a Local Surf School I am always happy to connect newcomers with the right people for Fun Beach Times.
I am open to discussing (smallish) Events being held on the front lawn as there is plenty of room for a Marque and possibly even an area to put a Hangi down (your own expertise required on this haha!).
