My flat has a modern vibe set within a traditional Glaswegian tenement on a quiet residential street within the thriving Shawlands area. My flat is on the top floor and you will find the close and stairway is kept clean and tidy. The flat has a large welcoming hallway leading onto a bright front facing lounge with comfortable sofas and TV with freeview channels. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with tea and coffee provided. Both bedrooms are a good size with kingside beds. The bathroom is probably my favourite part of the flat! I designed it to include a walk in shower and large bath tub so its the perfect place to relax after a hard day sight seeing! The flat itself is located in the heart of Shawlands and is a stones throw from all the area has to offer, including coffee shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques and small specialist stores. Hampden stadium is also only a short walk away if you are catching a band/football game while in town. There are excellent transport links to the city centre and beyond.

Guests will have access to the entire flat with the exception of one locked cupboard where i keep my personal belongings.

I want to make sure guests have the best possible stay and to ensure this guests will be greeted upon arrival by my host manager who will show you around and make sure you are happy with everything and how things work etc! The property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and you will find fresh towels on your bed. Check in is by appointment and is generally from 3pm onwards, however we are flexible so please let us know your arrival time and we will arrange a suitable check in time with you.
I have a local host management company looking after my place in my absence and they will be on hand to answer any questions you may have before and during your stay.
No smoking, no pets and no parties (including stags & hens)
Please treat the flat as you would your own home and be considerate of the neighbours.
