This place can be occupied by up to 4 people. The unit has a Queen bed and a Queen sleeping sofa. Everything is brand new in this unit & freshly painted and everything is in working order. Parking is in garage which is only accessible by you. Gated front yard is great for children and pets. The side patio has two chairs with side table, small grassy area for pets, plants and a shade from the sun (which we have a plenty of in Southern California). If you planting on renting bicycles use the Helen's Cycling, which down on Broadway Ave (5 min walk) and you can store them on side patio for convenience. Enjoy your ice tea on a private patio or in a gated front yard, you are within walking distance to many facilities and don't have to worry about using Uber or Lift.

For a pet's rent are dogs - $10 per day per animal, cat's $5.00 per day. Pet deposit and the rent will be charged at the time of booking. Pet deposit will be return to guest after reviewing of the property.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SUB-LEASING, VACATION RENTING, HOME SHARING OR ANY VARIATION THEREOF PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND YOUR IMMEDIATE DEPARTURE FROM THE PROPERTY.

I WILL MAKE A CLAIM ON THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IF IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THERE HAS BEEN SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY RECKLESS BEHAVIOR OR PETS.
NO EXCESSIVE NOISE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 PM(PST) AND 8:00 AM(PST) due to strict city of Santa Monica Ordinance.
DO NOT BLOCK OUR NEIGHBORS' DRIVEWAYS OR GARAGES AT ANY TIME.
WE DO NOT REIMBURSE PARKING TICKETS.
NO FURNITURE MAY BE LEFT OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT.

Keep children under supervison at all times. Guest acknowledges that Management/Owner are not liable for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property while at or near the Unit. Neither do Management/Owner accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity or plumbing. Nor will Management/Owner accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control. The foregoing notwithstanding, Management/Owner will use good faith efforts to remedy any deficient condition within their control, within reasonable time following notice from Guest. Guest agrees to comply with all instructions from Management/Owner, and any advisory statement from any local emergency authorities in the event of a natural disaster.
26. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refund or reduction of Rental Fee will be given for:
1. Any temporary unavailability, defects, or stoppage in utilities serving the Unit;
2. Any inoperable or malfunctioning appliances or equipment;
3. Shortened stays or ruined expectations resulting from inclement or unfavorable weather conditions including natural disasters, restricted or no beach access or sand levels.
4. Shortened stays or ruined expectations resulting from work and family
emergencies or other commitments.
5. Shortened stays or ruined expectations resulting from noise levels from the street, pedestrians, nieghboors, and other guests and/or neighbors.

I have been leaving in West LA for 22 years. LA is fantastic place with a great weather and outdoor living, so I'm trying to enjoy both and would like to guests experience the same.
