-SMOKE: Do not open door to hallway if it's NOT an emergency, because if building alarm goes off building must be evacuated. Setting off the building smoke alarm in non-emergency will make you subject to, but not limited to, building fines, any fines & fees from government, health authorities, or fire department, costs associated with compensating other guests or commercial tenants, staff service fees, financial losses due to negat!ve rev!ews. If the alarm goes off in the suite only & it's only burnt toast, please open windows, balcony door, clear air by fanning with towel.

-All Prices set in CAD $, may display on US websites in US $. All taxes included ( Prov' & Fed'). No Resort Fees. No Municipal Tax. No Parking Fees. Covered Parking is Free |P| When comparing prices with other sites remember -unlike Airbnb - taxes are extra & not included in list price!!!

- Coin operated laundry on each floor. $1 to Wash & $1 to Dry

- All persons must be declared. Up to 3 children under 12 free. Additional Children & all persons 12 & over after 1st 2: $22.60 ( $20 +tax )/night.

- DOGS: $ 33.90 ( $ 30 +tax )/wk cleaning fee for housebroken dogs. They may not be left unattended in suite up to 2 dogs / suite. - Dogs must be leashed. Guests responsible for any damage done by dogs.

- Weekly basic housekeeping w/ fresh linens & towels.

- Guests must be at least 21 or accompanied by a guardian of at least 21 for whole length of stay.

-No 3rd Party bookings: Credit Card holder must be on site for Checkin & whole length of stay... Management reserves the right to refuse service under the Inn Keepers/ Hotel keepers Act.

The place is much greater than we expected. We can cook our food. They provide almost everything! it was just like at our own home. We went there before New Year Eve, and we surprisingly got a Champagne and a gift card from Myson. That was so sweet~~ When we first met Myson, he dressed like a Santa, he looks kind, nice and warm hearted, which makes us feel very close and comfortable. Myson actually knows a lot of staff. You actually can talk any topic with him. He is a great person to meet during vacation. The only thing not that perfect is the distance to whistler. driving in winter should be much more caution than usual.

We’re pleased the place is better than you expected. We’re glad we could make you all feel comfy & at home; not to mention providing you pretty much everything you needed cook your traditional food - Rice cookers available on request :) We’re pleased too you liked the surprise Champagne & New Year’s Card . Yes, I do where a red coat, & 1 was given a Santa Hat for Christmas, but I can assure everyone the beard is real olB{ ) As you put it, I try to know my stuff, as Pemberton’s Tourism Info’ Centre is only open in the Summer – nearby Whistler’s is open year round. I’m glad you drove with caution to Whistler & back in heavy snow conditions, even with all the plowing, & salt & sand, it’s best to take extra care. We hope to see you all again when you can next get a break from your studies. Maybe we’ll see you all for the Lunar New Year :) Myson

Myson was welcoming.. and helped us get it booked quickly. Its average accommodation, a little overpriced, but very suitable for a family. He also had set up an extra bed for our 3 rd child.

We`re glad we had enough lead time to set up the extra bed for your 3 rd child. As to price: Studios are discounted Sun through Thur. We sell out often a week or more in advance, & have Soldout pretty well every weekend for the last 4 summers & all through the Ski seasons, so we believe our prices are quite competitive with the market, especially when you take the size of the apartment into consideration, & that it has a full kitchen, that's fully equipped.

Myson was a great host, he's very welcoming! He made sure everything was perfect and told us about the places we can go to while staying at his place. The room is spacious with kitchen. The beds are comfortable, we had a good sleep. Bathrooms are clean! Place is close to everything! There's a really good restaurant downstairs! I recommend Myson's place. We had a wonderful time during our stay. I will stay here again.

A friend and I stayed here during our trip to Whistler and found the Pemberton area to be quite charming, and this quaint little apartment perfect for our needs. We had a friendly welcome by the owner upon arrival who showed us the apartment, which was even nicer than expected. The restaurant downstairs is absolutely delightful and so is the coffee shop across the street. Highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed at Myson's apartment with my boyfriend when snowboarding in Whistler. Myson was very helpful, he gave us advice on local shopping, restaurant and transportation. We arrived a bit late but Myson was waiting for us, we had no check-in stress. Apartment was exactly as described, it was spacious, kitchen was very well equipped (toaster, coffee maker, kettle), bathroom was clean and comfortable, place was very warm. There was only two of us staying but I think that 2 couples or family with children could share apartment easily. Place looked even better in reality than on photos, view outside windows was amazing. Additional plus was Mile One, really good restaurant located on the ground floor of the building (try burger with BC mushrooms). A notice for people considering staying in Pemberton while skiing in Whistler. A bus stop is located in front of the building, in the morning there are 2 buses (BC Transit) going to the Whistler gondola lift station, ride takes 35-40 min, same in the evening. We were able to get to Whistler 5 min prior to lifts opening, snowboard whole day and hang out in the village before coming back to Pemberton. There were no bus schedule changes even on Christmas day. In general I recommend Myson's place for those who are interested in skiing in Whistler. It seems far away but commute is really well solved and convenient.

Thanks too for the 5 of out 5 stars *****. We're pleased you both had the opportunity to take some time off from your busy Seattle work schedules for some R & R, & snowboarding in Whistler. I’m glad I was able to be helpful with advice on shopping, eating, & transport. We're glad we could make your check-in stress free. We’re glad too you found our apartment clean, comfortable, well equipped & warm. Yes, the studio can sleep 2 or 3 couples, or a family with children of up to 6 persons. Yes, we agree the view outside windows, not to mention from the balcony, of the snow-capped mountains is amazing. Yes, we also agree, whole-heartedly, that Mile One Eating House is a really good restaurant & that it’s being on our ground floor of the building is a really big “PLUS”. Hope to see you 2 again soon, on your next visit to Canada… The Whistler Ski Area seems like another world, yet it’s so close to Vancouver & Seatle. If you can get time off this Summer I’m sure you’d both love going hiking at Joffre Lakes, &/or visiting the nearby hot springs (Onsens). Myson
