Arroyo Grande's microclimate is not to be beaten. Nowhere in our county will you find a more temperate climate, rarely getting too hot, too cold or too foggy.
As a first-time host I'll do all I can to make your stay the best it can be.
Your suite includes...
> bedroom with queen-size bed and bedside tables (each with two
drawers, a USB phone charger and an electrical outlet)
> full bathroom with a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner

> enclosed patio with deck furnishings and a BBQ
All rooms and the patio have WiFi.

I've lived in Arroyo Grande since 1998 and will be happy to suggest restaurants, sights to see, hiking trails and local goings-on.
Check-in is normally at 4pm Monday-Saturday although I can sometimes be home sooner if needed. I prefer Sunday check-ins at 2-4pm. Checkout is by 11am.
- Peace and quiet in neighborhood
- No liquids in living room that might stain carpet (e.g., red wine)
- No access upstairs

Retired business exec with a yen for the outdoors, hiking, tango, poetry, music and the performing arts. Also a health and fitness buff, sticking as much as possible to organic whole foods and regular workouts at the gym. As an avid hiker I would welcome your company on a hike or walk on one of our many scenic trails, whenever mutually convenient.
Have traveled extensively around the world and our country, although am now content to simply mine the natural and cultural treasures of what's abundantly here on the Central Coast. Presently live alone and greatly enjoy the company of others, which is one of my reasons for becoming an Airbnb host.
On this note, I look forward to meeting and helping you make your stay here as pleasant and memorable as possible.
