Additionally you will find the entrance to the back garden on this level. This level could be used for a couple without kids who want a separate space from the rest of the family. It's also a great spot for grandparents who aren't good with steps. There is only one step down to this level from the street level garden door.

Up the stoop steps you will enter the parlor level. This floor has soaring ceilings, the gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, island, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, Viking six burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Additionally there are sitting and dining rooms on this floor. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. There is also seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

On the 3rd floor you will find a laundry room, two bedrooms - one with double bed and one with twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms have access to the full bathroom with double sinks and original claw foot tub/shower.

This was a great place for our 3 generation Thanksgiving celebration. Of course the family gathered in the kitchen where there was plenty of room for card playing, reading, doing homework, and snacking as I prepared 2 nights of big meals.
