Set in Leckhampton, a pleasant walk or short bike ride from Cheltenham town centre and a stroll across fields leading onto the Cotswold Way, we welcome you to 'The Loft' at 'Homeland'.

This is a self- contained delightful annexe to our New England style clap boarded home.

You can enjoy the picturesque villages of the Cotswolds and Slad Valley, or the Regency attractions of Cheltenham with its various festivals, horse racing and home to the Cheltenham Gold Cup meeting.

The newly constructed, self-contained accommodation is set over ground floor and first floor levels.
A small garden area leads to a separate entrance and access into a kitchen/ dining area with French doors leading onto a leafy decked area with patio table and chairs.
The fully integrated kitchen has an electric hob and Bosch oven and pretty seating area with garden views.
A welcome pack of bread, butter, preserves, milk, tea, coffee and sugar is provided with your stay.
Stairs lead up to a delightfully spacious and airy bedroom with views to the nearby hills.
Here, there is a seating area and en suite shower room.
