We welcome you to care for our little cottage and leave it as you found it.
For scent-free, health and safety reasons, no smoking, incense, candles, or fragrances (such as strong perfumes, colognes) in the cottage or the surrounding property.
In the spirit of community, enjoy the surrounding property of our home. Access to the main house and the meditation/therapy/workshop studio is only upon request.
Keep sound to a reasonable level in respect for clients in the studio and little Nadia’s bedtime.
Enjoy the wifi, but no illegal downloading.
For infants, please bring and use a changing pad and disposal items for diapers.
Guelph waste is divided into three containers, green (organics), blue (recyclables), and grey (garbage), so please refer to the provided guide or ask us about it.
We want you and all our guests to have the best possible visit, so feel free to give us positive and constructive feedback in person, and share the highlights of your stay in your Airbnb review. Enjoy!
Sam is a registered psychotherapist, feeling-awareness mentor, recording artist and organic gardener working from home. Magda is a physiotherapy support professional, nature lover and birding enthusiast originally from Poland. Nadia is a 7-year-old tree climber, trampoline fanatic and creative design artist.
The home we share is a reflection of our way of life: expressive growth, awareness, free play, arts, music, localism, nature, organic food production and sustainable living. We tend a 1500 sq. ft. community garden that provides all-winter potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, beets, celeriac, squash, tomatoes for sauce and cabbage for sauerkraut.
This home is a friendly gathering place for our lifestyle initiatives. We host the monthly “At Home Singalong” (last Saturday of the month Sept-May) and a weekly men’s group, with meditation circles and workshops soon to come. We invite all cottage guests to enter our world, inquire about our activities—and join in!
