The upper floor contains 3 generous sized bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people comfortably, bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet.
The main bedroom has a queen bed
, built in wardrobe and opens onto a sunny north facing balcony with views down the harbour.
The second bedroom has single beds, drawers and desk and chair.
The third bedroom is the smallest bedroom and contains a double bed, bedside tables sand a small cupboard.
The entrance to the terrace opens into the lounge /dining area. This area has many of the original features. While antiques have been used to enhance the period of the terrace, comfort has not been compromised, and the area is suited for 5 people. Built in bookcases provide a good range of books, games and some toys.
A well appointed kitchen has all the modern appliances.
Off the kitchen is a small laundry with washing machine and drier.
There is also another toilet off the laundry.
A secure courtyard is ideal for outside living with BBQ, outdoor setting and beach umbrella. Guests are asked to make sure they fold away the umbrella when not in use as we are in a high wind area and damage to the umbrella will impact on your bond.
Parking is on street.
