500m in the opposite direction is Hampton station and beach as well as Hampton’s famous shopping and restaurant strip. Take the train for a 28 minute journey into Melbourne, or walk/cycle along the foreshore tracks to Brighton, St Kilda, Albert Park and Elwood.

The apartment is situated at the front of the property, at ground level.
With easy access from a quiet street, you'll enter your apartment door via the front garden path and come and go independently.
No stairs, this is a single apartment, not part of an apartment building. Custom designed for guests only- so only ever your belongings around you. A private, cosy and modern space to call home for short stays, long stays or business trips.
Car parking is available on the street outside the apartment, or in the driveway if required.

We like to welcome guests and help them to settle in. However, if we are not on-site at your time of arrival a key will be available in a key-safe near the front door (code provided), and we'll catch up with you later that day. Our home is at the rear of the property, so we are always available for advice and a chat throughout your stay, but respect your space and (after settling in), interact with guests when needed/requested.
The apartment is freshly renovated, containing a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom at one end and modern kitchen, lounge and dining area at the other end. Cosy, compact, carpeted and very comfortable.
The bedroom has a QS bed, bedside tables & lamps, TV and ample storage/robe. The lounge/dining area contains a dining table, TV, 2 small ottomans, and a comfortable sofa which converts to a double bed - therefore the apartment is suitable for bookings for 2 - 4 guests. It's worth adding that when the sofa bed is set up it does encroach on the living area space, so when needed guests usually set it up before bedtime (just takes a minute) and pack it up each morning.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances: a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, double cooktop, coffee machine, sandwich-maker, kettle, toaster, plus utensils, etc. You have your own small private rear courtyard and are most welcome to enjoy the garden setting at the front of the apartment also.
As from mid May 2017 we have extended the undercover rear courtyard and installed a new washing machine and clothes line. So it's even easier for those longer stays!
A Mini-mart is just around the corner if you need some last minute supplies or supermarket near the station for a bigger shopping trip. Reverse-cycle heating/air conditioning.
